Additionally, there is a deck with table, chairs and BBQ, a breakfast bar table and stools with water views, a large mango tree in the backyard with table and chairs, a double carport at the front of the property, a double garage at the back with a single front roller door, two roller doors at the back and room for a boat, as well as a drinks fridge, bikes, boogie boards and fishing rods for guest use. There is also a single garden shed which is not for guest use. Guests can enjoy a walk to the beach, restaurants, shops and cafes, as well as a short drive to Wetside water park, a major shopping centre and boat ramps.
